Re-instatement Fee - $50.00 - payable in full at time of sign up, not applicable to youth unless membership lapses more than 30 days - $25 re-instatement fee for youth upon rejoining.

Memberships paid in full are non-refundable.

Reduced rates on programs

Monthly Bank Draft - The YMCA will deduct automatic payments from your savings or checking account the first of each month. This provides you with a continual membership until you cancel by filling out a stop bank draft form at the YMCA.

Payroll Deduction - The Montgomery County Family YMCA is ready to assist you and your company with a specialized Payroll Deduction Plan that offers your employees an easy and effective way to pay for a YMCA membership through payroll deductions. We will waive the $65.00 building fund fee to all new members who participate in this program. Call the YMCAA at (712) 623-2161 today!

Radius Memberships - The YMCA is introducing a new program called Radius Memberships. If the member’s home mailing address is more than 20 miles from the Montgomery County Family YMCA, they are entitled to 25% off their paid in FULL YMCA membership and joiner's fee OR if they want to pay monthly, the YMCA will waive the initial $65 building fund fee. (The person may only receive one privilege, not both of them. It depends on how they want to pay for their YMCA membership.) This goes into effect for all NEW members and when old members renew their membership.

Membership Admission Policy

Membership at the Montgomery County Family YMCA and admission to its facilities and programs is a privilege, not a right. The Montgomery County Family YMCA reserves the right to deny membership, suspend membership or revoke the membership of any person whose behavior, whether on or off the YMCA premises, is judged by the Board of Directors either to be in conflict with the welfare of the YMCA patrons or staff, or in violation of the Montgomery County Family YMCA mission, as expressed in the mission statement found in the YMCA’s seasonal brochures, membership policy brochure and By-laws. The Montgomery County Family YMCA has established a written procedure for notice and hearing in advance of suspension or revocation of membership, and a method of appeal of that determination to the YMCA’s Board of Directors. The YMCA’s Chief Executive Officer is responsible for implementation of this policy.
