Health & Fitness center, men's & boy's locker room, women's & girl's locker room, special needs locker room, parking, outside lighting, full court gymnasium, babysitting center, fitness/dance center, suspended walking track, multi-purpose kitchen center, zero depth entry kids & family lap swimming pool with separate lap & instructional area, whirlpool, beautiful landscaping, elevator, ADA accessible, four-court indoor tennis center with viewing area and one racquetball/squash/wallyball court.

Located in a beautiful City Park in Red Oak Iowa with room for projected expansion. Usage of City Sports Complex and School fields for various sports programs.

FINANCES

Project operational budget for brand new 71,000 square foot facility: $563,000. Annual support, $31,000. On year endowment fund program: $1,000,000 interest earned from principle funds will assist the YMCA's general operational budget: $55,000 per year. Completed a very successful $6.6 million dollar capital campaign project for a brand new, first time ever YMCA building.

STAFF

Four full-time employees and estimated 25-35 part time staff members and annual college interns and 5 dedicated office volunteers.

PROGRAMS

Youth and adult programming and leagues, youth sport and leagues both physical and non-physical programming for Pre-School to older active adults.

SERVICE AREA

Southwest Iowa, South Central Iowa, Southeast Nebraska, Central Eastern Nebraska, Northwestern Missouri. Population of the City of Red Oak is 6,500.
